Who we are

Burtonsville Family Health, LLC is a Direct Primary Care practice operated by Lynn Masih, CRNP, located in Burtonsville, Maryland.

Event registration

When you register for one of our free community events, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, how you heard about the event, and any question you choose to send. We use this information to send your personal event link, event reminders, and a follow-up after the event. For online events, your name and email address are shared with Zoom to create your personal join link. This registration page uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated submissions; it may process your IP address and browser information. These services operate under their own privacy policies. For events co-hosted with another practice, event attendance information may be shared with the co-hosting practice for follow-up about the event.

How we use your information

We use your contact information to respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, manage your membership, and send practice updates. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

This website uses third-party services that may collect limited visitor data such as IP address and browser type, including Google Fonts (typeface delivery), Cloudflare (form processing and bot protection), Zoom (online event links), and our website hosting platform. These services operate under their own privacy policies. No visitor data is shared with third parties for advertising.

This website may use basic analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. No advertising trackers are used.

Data retention

We retain your contact information for as long as needed to run the event you registered for and to send the follow-up communications you consented to. You may unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you may request deletion of non-medical personal data at any time.
